Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis via cryptocurrency payments. Subscriptions are not auto-recurring — you must manually renew each month. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Content you generate using the Service belongs to you. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service. The Malachar name, logo, and branding are our property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON SUCH CONTENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malachar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
